Founding Athlete Offer: For the first five paying baseball athletes, subject to availability confirmed during consultation. Founding rates apply for the athlete’s first three months. Any later price is agreed before continued enrollment; no automatic price change is started by this website. Standard rates are $199/month and $299/month.

Does choosing a plan enroll me?+
No. The plan button takes you to a coaching inquiry with your selection filled in. Review and send the email from your email app, then arrange a free consultation with your selected coach.
How do billing and cancellation work?+
Confirm payment method, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation, and any minimum commitment with your coach before enrolling. The website does not start a subscription or charge your card.
What does video review include?+
The $120/month plan adds review of your training movements to customized programming. Agree on how to send videos, how often they are reviewed, and how feedback will be delivered during your consultation.
Can I change my support level?+
Discuss a change with Payton. Availability, pricing, and the date a change takes effect are agreed directly with your coach.
Are pitching and throwing coaching included?+
Payton’s memberships cover strength and conditioning. Brynden offers baseball memberships at $129/month for pitching development and $199/month for complete baseball development, including individualized physical preparation.
I only want a one-time program. Where should I start?+
Mobility Phase 1 is a $40, three-week self-directed baseball mobility program. Explore its details on the Programs page; individualized coaching and video review are separate services.
