Build the pitcher. Build the athlete.
A throwing plan built around you. Or a complete system that connects throwing, the weight room, speed, mobility, and recovery. Choose how much of your development you want to bring together.
The difference is the scope
Your throwing.
Or your entire
training plan.
The founding $129 membership focuses on individualized throwing development and pitching feedback. It considers the lifting program you already have.
The founding $199 membership includes that same throwing support and adds individualized physical preparation, with your throwing and lifting organized together.

How do video feedback and check-ins work?+
Weekly check-ins and pitching video feedback are part of both memberships. Confirm how to share videos, the feedback format, and scheduling expectations during your consultation. The complete membership also includes lifting-technique feedback.
Can I work with you remotely?+
Yes. Discuss your training environment, equipment, throwing access, and communication needs before enrolling.
Can this guarantee I throw harder?+
